"Tom and his team are fabulous. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. My State Farm agent wasn't responding to a serious issue that I had with my homeowner's insurance. I contacted Tom and he and his team went out of their way to guide me through my problem. "When working with Tom, get everything in writing. He talks out of both sides of his mouth and he is really dishonest. If you send him an email requesting clarification, he will only respond by phone so his statements are never documented. Worst experience I’ve had with a business. So much happier with GEICO and getting better value and support— and I don’t have to deal with the lies from Paoli any longer."

"Deceptive business practices. Lied to me and my partner. Office workers seem to be akigned with this mentality and certainky try to scam people out of money through deception. Very unhappy. I transfer to a new agent, and theyre equally deceptive which leads me to believe the entire agency is deceptive frauds who like to scam already overly taxed pennsylvanians out of being able to live. Disgusted with this entire agency and all their agents. Customer service 1-800 number people were good."

"Tom is the consummate professional; again, he has gone above and beyond to help me with a claim wherein the at-fault party's insurance company is having difficulty reaching their insured party. That shouldn't be my problem, but of course it has become mine as I need this resolved. Tom spent A LOT of time escalating with that insurance company on my behalf, and pending the counter party's insurance company review, I believe this will be resolved this month. We can't control other drivers' behavior, and when these situations arise, the extreme commitment that Tom has to his clients is absolutely invaluable!"

"I can't say enough great things about Tom French and his team. They make you feel like family, and are such a pleasure to work with! They are extremely friendly and have such empathy and compassion for their customers. We recently had our roof ruined in a storm, and they helped us get someone out immediately to put down tarps and prevent water intrusion. They made the claims process so easy, and constantly checked in with us to see if we needed help or had questions. I was blown away by their helpfulness and concern. Tom French was recommended to me, and now I recommend him to everyone. Best insurance agent ever!"

"Tom French takes care of my auto and home insurance. Has for years. He is a pleasure to work with. "Customer Service" could be his middle name. Agents usually sell you a policy and leave you to the mercy of the claims department if you have a claims need. Tom cuts the red tape and stays with you through the process. Highly recommended."

"Tom is simply the best! We had an issue after a long power outage and ended up without water for nearly 2 weeks due to some complications with our well system.
